Warehouse Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join an international engineering brand on a permanent basis, paying £25,600 per annum.

This is an exciting and fast-moving role that will require you to be highly organised, comfortable multitasking and able to prioritise workloads.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities and provide support to Warehouse Operatives

**WarehouseCoordinator Job Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with Distribution staff and various colleagues to raise problems and work for solutions
- Monitor routine daily activities to ensure they are completed on time and correctly
- Coordinate/complete non-routine tasks including (but not limited to):

- Investigating shipment issues, returns, and delays and make sure all scanned correctly when dispatched
- Resolve booking in issues and to make sure priority parts are in stock as soon as possible
- Stock control and corrections
- Assist with general warehousing tasks (booking in, picking, packing, put-aways)
- In the absence of the Logistics Manager, delegate tasks and set workloads for the Warehouse Operatives
- Problem solve or escalate issues that arise
- Priority escalation of booking in, put away and picks

**Warehouse Coordinator Experience**:

- Previous experience within a similar role and environment is essential
- Experience working with warehouse management systems
- Flexibility to adapt to different processes
- The ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Good computer skills

**Working Hours: A flexible attitude towards working hours is essential**
