We are looking for talented carer to provide support to our client who have experienced a spinal cord injury. Our client requires assistance with mínimal personal care (setting up and collecting items) and help with domestic.

**The role**

We are looking to add talented individuals to support a client who lives in a bungalow with his two small dogs and wife. Excellent rates of pay, travel time is also paid and mileage.

This role is for **6pm - 10.30pm** helping with evening meal and drinks and setting up for evening. Followed by **Sleep in 10.30pm - 8am**.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and an innate ability to think quickly on your feet.

You will be required to perform a variety of support around the client’s home and community in this varied role. Every day is different, and you will gain experience in a variety of fields, working alongside external professionals.

Vocational, leisure and community pursuits identified by the client are to be supported and motivated. There are opportunities to engage in a variety of activities, meaning there is never a dull day

Please note that we do require at least a years commitment to the role due to the challenges involved in clients building therapeutic rapport and consistency to ensure their rehabilitation can reach its maximum potential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18.00-£24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 60 per week

**Education**:

- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- support: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
