Supporting our current education team (two band 6 practice educators), you will have the opportunity to further our existing training packages, develop new ones and nurture a culture where lifelong learning and professional development are integral to all we do. This role is pivotal to delivery on the ambitions of our Theatre Modernisation Programme and, as such, you will work closely with the wider Theatre Management Team and Speciality Leads. The post will also enjoy a robust structure of peer support including extensive networking opportunities and regular interaction with the Head of Theatre Services and Lead Clinician for Theatres.
