**This Role**

We are currently recruiting for **Production** **Operatives**to work at our **brand new DTE South West** site based in Cullompton. This role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, proactive and reliable individual to join our team.

Key elements of this role are:

- Assist in setting and producing timber members to customer specification
- Operating Truss manufacturing equipment
- Ensuring all products are manufactured to a high standard
- Carrying out quality checks
- Seeks continual improvement in performance and processes
- Communicates with the team to ensure that targets are achieved
- A flexible approach and adapts to changing work environment
- Supports individual and team direction and development
- Maintains good working relationships at all times
- Implements integrated management systems

Working hours will be 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm. Overtime rate applicable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
