**Working Hours - 37.5 hours per week**

We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join a team of committed and effective MDT Coordinators supporting abusy Cancer team which includes consultants, nursing and managers. The role demands a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as thepost holder will be entering patient information onto the Cancer Database (Somerset).

The post also involves facilitation of the MDT meetings; ensuring patients are managed along the cancer pathway in accordance with nationalCancer Targets and Cancer Audits. Knowledge of Cancer Targets and Cancer Database (Somerset) would be an advantage.

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, will be efficient at organising and prioritising a busy workload and remain calm under pressure; they will have an understanding of patient confidentiality.

The post holder must be willing to be flexible in their working arrangements as an early start may be required one morning a week, and days may vary, particularly during periods of leave within the team.
