We are looking for a Mixer to join us at our Wigston site in Leicestershire to work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, rotating day and night shift.

**Main responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for the mixing operation and associated equipment on two lines and for the smooth operation of the moulding line, the principle responsibilities of this role will include:

- Accurate preparation of ingredients in accordance with recipes
- Accuracy of the mixing process including timings and addition of ingredients
- Checking dough consistency in accordance with recipes / specifications
- Checking the quality of the products at the moulder and
- Completion of quality checks and related quality documents

**Required skills and competencies**:

- The ability to follow procedures with particular attention to focus and detail
- Good organisation skills with the ability to ensure the availability of materials and maintain a clear and tidy work area at all times
- The ability to respond appropriately and quickly to changing circumstances
- Flexibility
