**Part time Receptionist | Permanent | Milton Keynes**

**Key tasks of the role include**:

- Take ownership of the reception, offering a welcoming meet and greet service to all visitors
- Managing the reception inbox, answering enquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with catering duties ensuring that the kitchen facilities are stocked and replenished as well as preparation for lunch meetings
- Meeting room management - including, booking meeting rooms, pre and post set up ensuring meeting rooms are always presentable
- Managing the kitchen and communal areas, ensuring the kitchen, pantry and stationary room is well stocked and tidy
- Manages office stationary, mail and general office administrative functions as required
- Outstanding communication skills, confident and approachable
- Bright, friendly and welcoming manner / interaction with others
- Able to work alone and use their own initiative
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work unsupervised even under pressure
- Inquisitive personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional
teams
