We are looking for an active and efficient Hospitality Supervisor to join us. Your role will consist of running and managing the day-to-day operations of our onsite operations at Farnborough Airport including a new and exciting café project and a range of business-to-business events.

To be successful in the role of Hospitality Supervisor, you will have previous experience in working in and handling the day-to-day operations of a café, restaurant or hospitality space and be comfortable in managing a team of people and making decisions independently. Your working pattern will be Monday-Friday. Your primary responsibilities will range from maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the café and onsite boardroom meetings and events through to managing stock levels and taking responsibility for both stock and general management of the space.

**Accountabilities**
- To take responsibility and ownership for the café site and all On Air Dining events and catering at Farnborough Airport and other clients based around the airport site
- Taking and fulfilling café orders to the highest standard of customer service
- Managing boardroom and event catering enquiries for the Farnborough Airport and Gulfstream site and ensuring these are delivered flawlessly
- Implementing and ongoing development of Standard Operating Procedures for both the café site and events and catering at Farnborough Airport and other clients based around the airport site
- Managing all pricing and menu changes and ensuring these are communicated to customers and the wider team
- Managing and ensuring all VAT and appropriate taxes are being implemented throughout the site
- Ongoing maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines and equipment
- Co-ordinate with chefs and wider team on menu design and the café product range
- Maintain healthy relationship with customers
- Keep a record of monthly expenses and revenues
- Ensuring all café equipment is of a good standard and maintenance for this equipment is arranged where required
- Managing the café staff rota and co-ordinating with the wider team on where shift cover is required
- Recruiting and onboarding staff for the café site in line with On Air Dining recruitment policies
- Maintaining a cleaning and food hygiene record for the café space

**Essential Requirements**
- Previous experience in managing a hospitality or café space
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to use a barista coffee machine and deliver a full range of hot drinks
- Able to travel to Farnborough Airfield (including for pre 07:00 starts)
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Knowledgeable and comfortable in working with and developing SOPs
- Experience in recruiting and onboarding staff members
- Highly motivated individual and able to work independently
- 5 years employment/education history (required for security clearance)
- Right to live and work in the UK

**Additional Desired Requirements (Not Essential)**
- Personal licence holder
- Level 2 (or higher) Food Hygiene Certified
- First aid trained

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
