Retail Assistant required

We are looking for a competitive and enthusiastic Ladies Fashion Retail Sales Assistant in our Carmarthen Boutique to help customers identify and purchase products they desire.

Sales assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company growth and revenue through sales maximisation.
- Retail experience is essential
- Bubbly, warm and confident holding and making conversations
- Great people skills and a focus of going above & beyond for customer
- Excellent communication, organisation, reliability and attention to detail
- Perfect written and spoken English, Welsh language is a bonus.
- A can-do attitude, warm disposition, and a big smile
- A desire to remain and grow with the company
- A passion for luxury fashion
- A basic understanding of current trends and luxury brands
- Excellent multitasking skills and able to work accurately at a fast-pace
- A basic understanding of Microsoft programmes such as Word & Excel
- Basic seamstress skill is a bonus
- Knowledge of lingerie is a bonus, especially fittings.

Must be available Saturdays.

**Salary**: £10.42-£12.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- customer service: 3 years (preferred)
