**L&D Advisor | Lincoln | Upto £33,000 depending on experience**
**Monday to Friday - Hybrid working**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Learning and Development Advisor / L&D Advisor, to join a prestigious organization. Working as part of the HR team, this role is centered and focused on L&D duties, where you will be instrumental in identify learning needs,working closely with operation managers and delivery of the training.
Key duties of the L&D Advisor:

- Working closely with operational managers across the business to identify learning needs, understand aspirations and implement effective solutions.
- Deliver seamless, high quality learning experiences across the business both face to face and digitally as required.
- Design and deliver learning content, and other training resources, using multiple delivery methods to support the skills and behavioural development of the organisation.
- Deliver learning events and use your facilitation, questioning, and coaching skills to have the maximum influence.
- Support the collection, analysis and reporting of evaluation data, in terms of impact, and look for ways to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain all necessary L&D records as needed.
- Aid the timely completion of mandatory learning across the organisation, reporting on compliance.
- Coach colleague to help deliver their full potential
- Maintain accurate training records
- Project work

Requirements for the L&D Advisor / Learning & Development Advisor role:

- Previous experience within a L&D based role.
- Experience of identifying training needs using a methodical approach.
- Experience of creating and developing training solutions including digital content.
- Experience as a proven and experienced trainer - face-to-face and online.
- Desire to inspire others through coaching and training.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A methodical and organised approach.
- CIPD or training relevant qualifications
