Location: Stanford-Le-Hope - Mars Contract
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Rotational any 5 from 7

Salary £26,000

**We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;**
- Responsible for accurately reporting Shift Status information on a 2 hourly basis.Ensure the operation is resourced sufficiently to achieve volume throughputs and is in line with the operational budget.
- To lead planning with Operations, Agency and recruitment around specific periods, e.g Peak, Easter, Christmas, Sporting Events.Collection of current daily/weekly data to assist with historic trend analysis.
- Monitor Collegue performance on a real time basis and report anomalies accordingly.

- 1 year plus in Supply Chain Environment.
- 1-3 Years in Resource Planning role.
- Advance numeric and analytical skills.
- High level of IT literacy, Advanced skill level essential
