Handy Man

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team in providing maintenance and repair services across various properties.

Duties:

- Conducting general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential properties
- Performing carpentry, basic electrical and basic plumbing works, painting, rubbish removal, gutter clearing etc as required.

Inspecting buildings for issues and determining the best course of action.

Handling basic landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, and clearing debris
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment for maintenance tasks
- Strong knowledge of general repair techniques across different trades
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Full UK driving licence and vehicle required.

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
