Mid-weight Retoucher

The Midweight Retoucher will be responsible for delivering world class content across multiple platforms and channels within the JD Group. We are looking for an experienced retoucher, who is confident with their abilities, to join our fast paced and innovative in-house studio team.

Working within a busy studio environment your day-to-day duties will include retouching of model imagery and still life product shots. As part of your role, you will primarily focus on E-commerce imagery, with opportunities to contribute to creative content projects, including editorial and social media.

Operating in a group role you will collaborate with the full studio team, including but not limited to, Stylists, Photographers.

- Working hours - 40hrs

**What you'll be doing**:

- Retouching Ecommerce imagery across both still life and model in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Maintain a consistently high daily output which meets the agreed quality expectations.
- Work where required on projects across a range of disciplines, including social and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed personal daily targets set by Lead Retoucher and demonstrate a strong ability to work to deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider studio team, establishing relationships across departments.

**What we're looking for**:

- Proven experience within a similar role.
- Excellent retouching skills and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- A keen eye and attention to detail with strong knowledge of Photoshop.
- Able to work accurately, effectively, and quickly turn work around whilst maintaining a high level of quality.
- Strong all-round E-commerce portfolio with demonstrable creative experience.
