This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career as an Apprentice Warehouse Coordinator. Perenco UK's apprenticeship training programme will allow you to gain valuable hands-on experience whilst attending college to gain a Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative qualification.

You will become an integral part of our onshore operational team based at our Dimlington gas terminal and will be responsible for providing an essential warehouse and supply chain function.

Working hours are Monday to Friday with one release day per week to attend college either in person or via remote learning.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Checking items received conform to Perenco instructions issued by approved Purchase Order
- Checking items received are as ordered, the correct quantity, weight and serviceability
- Checking items received conform to packing requirements set out in company guidelines and standards
- Ensure Safety Data Sheets and Dangerous Goods Paperwork accompanies the goods
- Pack Cargo Carrying Units (CCU's) IAW company standards
- Unloading and Loading of HGV with forklift where required.
- Complete final Quality Assurance checks prior to CCU's being shipped
- Complete transport request for materials to reach vendor/other sites in the business
- Good housekeeping skills required to keep yard/warehouse tidy and free of rubbish
- SAP management of materials and annual stock check process.
- Assist Warehouse Co-ordinator in all duties required.
- Any additional duty deemed necessary by Warehouse Manager

Experience/Qualifications:

- Computer literate with well-developed IT skills across Microsoft suite, specifically Word
- Solutions based with strong planning, organising and numeric skills, and an excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Full clean driving licence
- Applicants will need to be age 16 or over to join the apprenticeship scheme.
