**About the role**

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaner on a Part time basis based in Chippenham. Working mornings from 06:30-09:00 Monday to Friday.

Your role will include:

- Clean all internal areas as per the daily/weekly cleaning schedule.
- Ensure that the key common areas are cleaned and vacuumed daily.
- Ensure removal of office rubbish and recycling.
- Keep office space and store cupboards clean and tidy.
- To advise Estate Services or Facilities colleagues of defects, deficiencies, problems with building's condition and/or contents.
- To advise Estate Services colleagues when cleaning products are required.
- Assist the caretaker with activities such as compliance checks, stock take and 2-person activities.

**About you**

You will be able to lift and move items, such as vacuum, boxes, bins and furniture using correct manual handling.

You will have previous experience in a customer-focussed role.

You must have good oral communication skills, polite and friendly.

You will need to pay attention to detail.
