We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator for a 3-month assignment, based in Byfleet, Surrey (with potential for extension beyond this period).
Your main duties and responsibilities:
- Create and publish online vacancies
- Entering information on an internal database (training will be given)
- Upload interview results
- Manage and update advertising media platforms
- Responsible for right-to-work documents
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and first stage of onboarding new staff
- Manage shared team mailbox
You will need excellent IT skills across all areas of MS Office, in particular a good working knowledge of MS Outlook (Calendar, scheduling appointments and interviews).
Joining a collaborative busy team, you’ll be someone with a natural ability to organise and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken will be important as you will be liaising both internally and externally regularly. Accuracy and attention to detail will also be a key requirement.
