ground keeping /maintenance person.

We have an immediate opening for a maintenance person / grounds keeper. This job will include cleaning, gardening /ground keeping, and general maintenance and repairs of the kennels, property, and exercise areas (painting, pressure washing, strimming and grass/hedge cutting, cleaning drains and gutters, and general DIY).

This is a permanent full time position, 5 days a week working 9 am to 5 pm The Rescue is in a rural location so must have own reliable transport as there is no nearby public transportation.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £21,700.00-£24,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Llanelli: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- Facilities maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
