**Job Opportunity: Learning Support Assistant (SEN) - Supply Basis**

**Location**: Gateshead, Tyne & Wear

**Position Type**: Temporary, Supply Basis

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing support and assistance to learners with a range of additional needs, including autism and complex needs.
- Assisting with personal care tasks as required.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to implement individualised learning plans.
- Supporting learners in both academic and social activities.
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a similar setting with either adults or children.
- Comfortable with personal care tasks.
- Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude.
- Possession of a valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain a new one.
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or Teaching Assistant.
