Corpus Christi are recruiting a Carpenter to join our busy and proactive Maintenance Department.

The College has a diverse estate - from our Old Court dating from the 14th century through to modern purpose built residences. The Maintenance team is responsible for a wide range of preventative and reactive maintenance, as well as small scale projects to improve our facilities. It is a particularly exciting time to join the College as we embark on the delivery of our Estates Masterplan, with a focus on space optimisation, sustainability and accessibility - the Maintenance Department will have a pivotal role in bringing these projects to life and embedding them into our beautiful and historic buildings.

The Carpenter will have experience of maintaining and repairing internal and external building fabric, and working within a programme of planned preventative maintenance as well as responding to maintenance issues as they arise. As part of the Maintenance Team, you’ll also work together with your colleagues to assist with other maintenance jobs as part of the College’s work in maintaining and enhancing the College estate.
