**Fully flexible Support Worker position paying up to £13 per hour based in Goole**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12 months experience in Social Care is essential (must have at least 6 months UK experience)
- Only females will be considered for this position due to the background and the preferences of the individuals you will be supporting. Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
- Epilepsy training/experience is preferred
- Be proactive and engaging with the service users you are supporting
- Flexible availability to accommodate varying shift patterns, including weekends and evenings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a difference
- Being a driver with access to your own vehicle is desirable
