**Academic Engagement Associate**

If so, read on, as we have an exciting opportunity to join our amazing Engagement Team who develop strong, long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with the academic community, with the aim of increasing usage of collections and engagement with AM.

**The opportunity**

As an Academic Engagement Associate at AM, you’ll be at the forefront of the company’s mission to empower learning by increasing the visibility of AM and our award-winning collections. You will work alongside the wider Engagement team to support the promotion of purchased collections, onboarding new customers and supporting existing ones. This highly motivated team work together to share ideas and utilise their range of skills to achieve shared goals.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:
A strong and demonstrable interest in the humanities or social sciences. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or significant equivalent experience, is required.

Interest in higher education, primary sources, research and teaching, and academic publishing.

Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.

Good prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to oversee and support a broad range of institutions across multiple countries.

Proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to interpret basic statistical data.

A strong work ethic, with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

The ability to work flexibly, as this role may occasionally require meetings with people in different time zones or international travel.
