An exciting opportunity has arisen for one full time Lymphoedema Community Nurse positions within community Services. The post holder will support the community TAPS teams in the assessment and management of patients with non complex Lymphoedema in the community.

As a Lymphoedema nurse support the TAPS teams in the management of Lymphoedema in the community.

Take responsibility for the assessment of the health and clinical needs of patients with Lymphoedema who are under the care of community TAPS teams. Utilising professional clinical judgement to provide advice and/or signpost to appropriate service if required.

Act autonomously to identify the most appropriate course of action in a time efficient manner.

Professionally communicate information to users/carers/families regarding care in a supportive, clear and empathetic way.
