**Dispatch Supervisor**

**Key Responsibilities / Tasks**
- Robust checking of stock items, and accurate recording of damages
- daily packing of the highest standard
- To ensure all dispatches are complete and have been collected
- General warehouse (waste management, etc)
- Part Moves are complete on a daily basis
- Ensure housekeeping duties are carried out daily, during and at the end of each shift.
- To achieve all quality and performance measures.
- Ensure all site H&S practices are followed at all times.
- Undergo any training and development as required and complete any online training courses when assigned through Pacifica's Learning Hub.
- Participate in quarterly 1-2-1's with line manager.
- Any other duties reasonably requested, deemed necessary to the efficient running of the business.
- Printing daily labels for curriers

**Experience and Skills**
- Experience of working in a warehouse environment.
- PC literate with a good knowledge of excel
- 3 years' experience in a Dispatch Supervisor Roll.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and experience of adherence to them.

**General Conditions**
- Computer literate
- Satisfactory DBS
- Mon - Friday (37.5 hours per week) reasonable notice of any other shift outside of this will be given.

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Net Lost items below 1% of pick volume.
- Fulfilment/dispatch accuracy - maximum 1 error per week per operative.

Hours of work: 37.5 Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am -17.30
