Our client are a well-established firm of Independent Financial Planners who are based in a central location within the Warwick area. Our Client are going through a period of growth which has come from an internal promotions, and as a result they now havean excellent opportunity available for a Senior IFA Administrator/Team Manager to join their buoyant Practice.

Our Client offer a family oriented working environment where team work is very much a true reflection of how they operate as a unit.

**Responsibilities**:
" Working closely in supporting specific Financial Planners within the business
" Conducting 121s with a team of Administrators
" Responsible for overseeing a team of Administrators
" Developing MI for the Senior Management in line with regulatory requirements
" Monitor own work flow and prioritisation of outstanding work
" Taking a leadership role to ensure the Client journey remains seamless and regulatory requirements are met
" Ensuring all practical and operations aspects of the business are properly attended to in a timely fashion
" Occasional attendance at client meetings with a senior colleague where required

Skills Required

" Ideally 3-4 years' experience of working within the Financial Planning sector
" Sound Technical knowledge of Pensions and Investments, ISA'S, Bonds, Trust's and Protection
" Demonstrate experience in delivering Client service to a high standard
" Sufficient understanding of the needs of the Financial Services industry, FCA rules and Compliance in order to effectively carry out the role
