**Purchasing & Sales Advisor**

**Role Profile**:
Help facilitate the day to day running of the motorcycle purchasing & sales departments, including all aspects of the purchasing process.

A varied role that comprises many different tasks and responsibilities; Follow up sales leads. Execute sales proposals. Manage Finance process. Test-Ride Management and Pro-activeness searching new customers.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Achieve set KPI’s and Sales targets
- Help drive and manage sales.
- Help the purchasing process.
- Managing Clients
- Help facilitate viewings.
- Contribute to audits.
- Checking advertisements
- Complaints handling & resolution.
- Stock Rationalisation
- Assist audits.
- Support management of sales listings across multiple platforms
- Support interdepartmental staff levels and day to day running of department
- General administrative duties
- Take in & outbound calls.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Passion for Motorcycles and sales
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communicational skills; written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Highly organized
- Eye for detail
- Proven organisation skills
