Main Duties:
Graphic Design:

- Create designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media posts, promotional materials, resources, event banners, and other collateral.
- Translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual representations that align with our mission and brand guidelines.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the communications team to understand project requirements and contribute creative insights.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop design concepts for different campaigns and initiatives.

Brand Consistency:

- Ensure all designs maintain consistency with**_ _**our brand guidelines.
- Contribute to the evolution and refinement of brand elements to enhance visual identity across various platforms.

Adaptability:

- Be adaptable to various design styles and project requirements, demonstrating versatility in creating graphics ranging from infographics to event graphics.
- Revise and iterate designs based on feedback and project needs.

Key Tasks:
Create Design Assets:

- Design engaging visuals for social media content, website graphics, and other online platforms.
- Develop print materials, including**_ _**resources, brochures, posters, and banners, for events and outreach activities.

Support Campaigns:

- Collaborate on the design of promotional materials for fundraising campaigns and events.
- Create visually compelling assets to promote awareness about mast cell activation syndrome.

Digital Media Design:

- Develop digital assets for online events, webinars, and other virtual engagements.

Review and Edit:

- Review and edit design elements to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders into design revisions.

Key Objectives:
Enhance Visual Identity:
Contribute to the enhancement and evolution of Mast Cell Action Charity's visual identity through creative and impactful designs.

Promote Awareness:
Generate visually compelling content that effectively communicates the organisation's mission and raises awareness about mast cell activation syndrome.

Support Marketing Efforts:
Assist in the creation of marketing materials to support various campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives.

Maintain Brand Consistency:
Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines, contributing to a cohesive and recognisable brand image.
