Man Cave Coordinator

The Martin Gallier Project runs an incredible male peer support group for men who are affected by suicide. Man Cave runs a variety of activities such as peer support, narrow boat expeditions, woodwork, meditation, breathwork, reiki and a range of Mental Health and Wellbeing training.

We are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about suicide prevention to head up this wonderful group 4 hours per week.

**The Project Coordinator will report directly to the Service Lead and be responsible for**:

- Project Delivery
- Project Coordination
- Supporting individuals with emotional wellbeing
- Booking service users onto any wellbeing or mental health courses which may benefit them and their recovery
- Signposting service users to any relevant services which benefit their wellbeing and recovery
- Group and peer support
- Administration
- Submitting and filing invoices
- Completing relevant paperwork for service users
- Data input on charity’s CRM
- Updating service user records
- Summary of all activities completed each month to be compiled and filed for review
- Activities support and planning
- Booking any travel
- Volunteer coordination

**What we are looking for**
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate
- Professional telephone manner
- A passion for suicide prevention and mental health awareness
- Knowledge of social media
- Administration skills

Part-time hours: 4 per week

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
