**What does your day to day look like?**:
As a Principal Quality Assurance Consultant, your role encompasses many responsibilities.
- Manage a team of QA analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
- Oversee the delivery of testing and QA services to our customers, ensuring that we meet commitments and exceed customer expectations
- Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our QA services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of our services
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our testing and QA services remain competitive

**Test Planning and Strategy**:Work with other key stakeholders, such as the QA Manager, Resourcing Manager, and Project Managers to create a comprehensive roadmap for testing activities. Define test objectives, identify deliverables, determine approaches, and allocate resources. **Configuration Management**:Establish processes for version control, environment management, and configuration consistency. **Metrics and Reporting**:Develop metrics to measure QA effectiveness and report progress to the Director of Technology and SLT.
