An independent chartered surveying company based in Horsham are seeking an MRICS Valuation Surveyor to join their team as they aim to cover new territories.
**The Valuation Surveyors role**
The successful Valuation Surveyor will be working on Residential properties, carrying out home reports at Level 2 and Level 3 and valuations for private customers and lender clients.
There is the opportunity to develop skills and take on extra responsibilities as they continue to grow such as, party wall, leasehold enfranchisement and drone surveys.
**The Valuation Surveyor will ideally hold**:
- Member of RICS
- Experience with level 2 and level 3 surveys
- Passion for property
- Great communication skills
- Focus on quality inspection and reporting
**In Return?**
