A really exciting job to join a leading and well-established business as a property manager in Manchester. Dealing with properties throughout the North West, it is a great chance for an experienced property manager to continue to develop their career.

**Job description for a property manager**:

- Acting as a liaison between tenants and landlords
- Maintaining properties within portfolio by addressing tenant complaints, conducting inspections, contracting repairs, and enforcing rules of occupancy
- Working with management to ensure our practices remain compliant
- Preparing legal documents including tenancy agreements and notices, and issuing for signature
- Reviewing rents and negotiating increases/reductions in line with market values
- Auditing property files and adverts for remarketing purposes
- Reviewing inventories and checkout reports, negotiating deductions and refunding balances in a timely manner. When required, managing deposit disputes.
- Ensure job and industry legislation is being adhered to at all times.

**Job skills required for a property Manager**:

- Previous experience working as a property manager
- Knowledge of the block management sector is preferred
- UK Driving Licence
- Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, property management software
- Experience in supervising on site staff, workload planning and allocation
- Committed to providing excellent customer service
- A Keen eye for detail
