Mortgage Administrator

We are looking for a **Part Time** Mortgage Case Processor.

**Note must be able to work between the hours of 2pm-7pm**

We are flexible when it comes to working from home.

**What We Do**

Mainly Mortgages are an independent mortgage brokerage that advises & arrange mortgages for homeowners/homebuyers

**Case Processors / File Reviewers**

They also act as our first line of defence for preventing fraud and ensuring cases are up to the required compliance standard.

A key part of the role will be reviewing files/cases submitted by brokers and ensuring all of the correct documentation is present and that cases are compliant

**About you**

Mortgage admin/case processing experience is required, but initial training will be provided for our sales process and quality standards. The role is compliance orientated & requires a high attention to detail.

**Example of duties**:

- Checking active cases
- Spotting any risks / shortfalls in compliance, or potential/actual fraudulent activity
- providing feedback to brokers with regards to the quality of cases
- Record keeping and completing reports and management information

**You will need to be**:

- Confident & Customer oriented
- Proactive
- Keen eye for detail
- Assertive communicator
- The ability to manage your own workload, prioritising tasks and using time productively
- A willingness to learn and develop skills / knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office package
- Financial services experience essential
- CeMap Qualification preferred but not essential

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
