**About the Role**

Pivotal now requires a Member Renewal team leader to support us through our next period of growth and on to our future strategic objectives. We are a business on a mission to make motoring more flexible for people needing a car they can call their own. The main focus of the Member Renewal team is to ensure that Pivotal meets and exceeds its current subscription member objectives, whilst simultaneously exceeding all potential Pivotal members’ expectations.

The Member Renewal Team Leader will be responsible for coaching, leading and motivating the Member Renewal team to successfully support our current members through the process of updating, upgrading and pausing their subscriptions whilst continuously looking at ways to develop and enhance current processes to provide a Modern Luxury Service and improve on member retention.

This is a hybrid role, based from home, with the requirement for occasional travel to our offices in central London (Kings Cross).

**What does a Member Renewal Leader do?**
- Lead the Member Renewal team to ensure all targets are met, and customer processes are followed and communicated in a timely manner.
- Successfully drive the retention of members by providing precise and timely communication to support the members' upgrading or updating their subscriptions.
- Take responsibility for the engagement, motivation, development, and delivery of the Member Renewal Team.
- Ensure the Member Renewal team is updated with the most current product knowledge and compliance training.
- Create and plan for weekly, monthly and quarterly Member Renewal objectives and reporting to keep the Head of Member Onboarding updated on progress and performance.
- Ensure maximum data entry and accuracy across the team to ensure excellent customer experience and compliance.
- Implement the Member Renewal training and orientation programme to educate and enthuse new hires as our company grows.
- Seek continuous improvement of processes and technology to advance efficiencies and member experience.
- Liaise with the wider Pivotal team to manage the available fleet and ensure vehicles are available for Updating and Upgrading members.
- Manage the allocation of vehicles, ensuring targets for fleet utilisation are met and ageing vehicles are utilised accordingly.
- Managing a list of overdue updates ensuring each member has an agreed follow-up action.
- Work with the Head of member onboarding to deal with escalated complaints from the Member Renewal team.
- Support the Member Renewal team in contacting current members to facilitate updating, upgrading or pausing when required to meet business objectives.

**Skills & Experience**
- 2+ years experience working in a supervisory role.
- Strong interpersonal skills for leadership of teams and managing external relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong experience and skill in CRM, IT and data management.
- Exceptional numeracy and literacy skills.
- Determination, diplomacy, and excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, react quickly, and meet tight deadlines.
- Confidence and tenacity to problem solve, overcome obstacles, and secure deals.
- Passion for a fast-paced growth business and desire to join a high-performing team.
- Experience in automotive, leasing, rental or financial services is strongly desirable but not mandatory.
