**Band 8, Spinal Column Points (31-35), salary: £37,261 - £41,496 per annum**
Great Yarmouth Borough Council is an ambitious local authority with big plans for the future and massive opportunities ahead. With one of the most successful enterprise zones in the country, Great Yarmouth is England’s offshore energy hub and Norfolk’s biggest seaside resort at the edge of the Broads National Park. We are looking for an experienced and pro-active Surveyor to join the Housing Assets Team.
You will be responsible for managing and delivering of contracts with an annual value of circa £2-3m, ensuring assigned projects/contracts are completed in the most efficient way in accordance with specifications and contract requirements, in addition you will be involved in delivering the Councils energy Efficiency Programme in conjunctions DESNZ across the private and council stock in the borough, with our partner contractor, previous experience of working in this environment would be an advantage.
