We are looking for an expeirenced individual to join our busy team here at Ogwen Bank, and to support the Head of Grounds covering leave and delegating tasks within the team. The sucessful applicant must ensure at all times that the company, guests and services offered are represented in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Please note the hourly rate for this position will be based on experience and knowledge of the individual. This will be discussed during interview, and the expected hours will be a minimum of 35-40hrs per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a high level of discipline and achieving excellence in day-to-day tasks.
- Develop a good working relationship within the team.
- Ensure a smooth approach when undertaking repairs and daily maintenance.
- Complete all work in a prompt and high standard.
- Be proactive at all times to minimise complaints.
- Assist with the preparation of hot tubs and completing paper work (training provided).
- Maintenance of the park with grass cutting, weeding and planting if necessary.
- Undertake small electrical and plumbing issues.
- Maintain the aesthetics of all accommodations and report issues promptly.
- Liaise with the Head of Grounds to agree a plan of action for the team to work effectively.
- Jet washing accommodations and other areas of the park.
- Undertake light vehicle maintenance.
- Manual Handling.
- Clean and tidy appearance.
- Ensure the park is hazard free.
- Proficiency in operating power tools and equipment used in grounds maintenance.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Motivated and Hard Working.
- Must have full UK driving licence.
- Applicant must be flexible in their working hours and to be available during peak times to cover half terms and bank holidays.
- The job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The applicant may be required to perform other related duties.

The applicant will be expected to provide emegency on-call assistance to guests after reception closes at 5.00pm and re-opens at 8.30am, this will be a shared role with the Head of Grounds (phone provided) in return we will provide a call out fee and hourly rate.

Working hours are between 08:30 - 5:00pm although you may be required to stay behind if an issue occurs with a customers accommodation.

**Salary**: From £10.90 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
