Our client, a beautiful Golf Club based near Bagshot, Surrey is currently looking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef to join their talented kitchen team.
As part of a passionate brigade you will be assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in serving quality food to their members and guests. You will prepare meals for the members bar and
functions. They are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join an established Head Chef and help manage the kitchen and maintain high standards of cuisine and hygiene.
The Junior Sous Chef Role
- Reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
- Working in a professional and friendly environment using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
- Preparing Function meals & Bar Meals
The Person
- A proven track record as a Chef de Partie
- Able to work unsupervised
- Have experience of working in a busy, fast paced kitchen environment
- Good attention to detail
- Have a can do attitude
- Level 3 food hygiene
- Knowledge of patisserie
Hours:

- 45 hours per week, mainly daytimes with some evenings.
