Soldering Operative

Taylor Blackwood Associates are now recruiting for a number of soldering technicians.

These positions are long term, temp to perm, with a chance to progress with an ever expanding company.

*Day Work

*£10.60ph with a clear progression opportunity which can see your rate increase to £14ph

Tasks are:

- Perform soldering tasks to assemble electronic components and circuit boards
- Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure accurate assembly
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete soldering tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair any soldering defects or issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in soldering or electronics assembly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical components
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in soldering work
