Brake Press Operator

Currently recruiting for a Brake Press Operator for a manufacturing company based in Birmingham. This will be a permanent position, within an exciting business that are experiencing a lot of growth.

Location: Birmingham

**Salary**:

- £12.50 - £13.00 per hour + Overtime
The Job:

- For the role of Brake Press Operator, you will be Operating an Amada Brake Press machine.
- Loading and unloading of parts.
- Quality Inspection of parts using micrometers, Vernier’s and gauges will be required for the role of Brake Press Operator.
- Working from Engineering drawings to BS / ISO standards is required for the role of Brake Press Operator.
Job Requirements:

- For the role of Brake Press Operator, experience on Amada machines would be highly beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to interpret and work to Engineering drawings is required for the role of Brake Press Operator.
- Ability to plan and work from own initiative, with minimum supervision.
- Applicants will need to demonstrate attention to detail and reliability.
Shift pattern:

- You will be working a day shift for the role of Brake Press Operator.
