**THE POST - London Hub Coordinator**

UWS have an exciting opportunity to join our London campus as a Hub Coordinator. The London Hub is the one stop shop for all student enquiries and you will be responsible for the management and operational delivery of the Student Hub service for the London Campus.

The role involves working closely with the London Campus Manager, while building strong relationships with the Hub Manager in Scotland, to ensure the delivery of a consistent, customer-focused, student enquiry service. This position is suitable for individuals with a background as a team leader, team manager or customer service manager.
- HND (RQF level 5).
- Significant experience of team management and supervision in a customer focused environment.
- Experience of delivering high quality customer service to a range of people from a diverse range of backgrounds, within a complex and busy environment.
- A positive attitude and solutions focused mindset.
- Experience of motivating staff effectively, building team spirit and contributing to culture change.
- Experience in working with complex IT systems (e.g. CRM).
