**CSE Specialist (Design Engineering Support)**

We have a fantastic job opportinity for a CSE Specilalist to join our team in Keighley.

**Purpose**:
The CSE Specialist is accountable for supporting internal colleagues throughout the project ordering phase. This includes making layout drawing modifications & ordering small new equipment business (NEB) elevator products.

The role also involves proactive communication with customer solution engineers (CSE) and making advanced layout drawing changes to larger elevator products.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Works closely with the Sales teams and engineers and handles the elevator order process from beginning to completion; executes the standard layout approval process with internal stakeholders, orders standard materials (and creates POs) from Supply Line.
- Manages costing and pricing approval processes
- Manages customer document approval process
- Completes volume business drawings modification and drawing register
- Orders parts from KONE supply line (SL)

**Detailed documentation to be handled daily includes**:

- Order confirmations
- Global order forms
- Layout drawings
- Drawing register

**Could be also responsible for**:

- Understanding local codes, regulations, and safety requirements and compliance
- Understanding environmental regulations compliance
- Manages change order processes (variations and additional works)

**Key experiences & skills**:

- Engineering background is **desirable**, but not **absolute.**:

- Great communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Efficient, well organised, and able to communicate at all levels.
- Pays strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- AutoCAD, SAP & CRM experience is **desirable**, but not **absolute.**:

- Proactive approach is **essential**.
