Our small, supportive and effective Development Team is facing some big challenges and looking for a bright, positive individual to join us in our quest to help the City Council build and acquire more affordable homes in Derby.

If you have an eye for detail, patience, and a solid grasp of how projects work, then this is the role for you. If you are after job satisfaction where the results of your efforts are tangible, then perhaps nothing is more tangible than being part of a team providing new homes
