The Deputy Head of Infrastructure Services will be responsible in ensuring cloud and on-premise systems availability meets or exceeds target service levels and supports business efficiencies through alignment of new systems & infrastructure services aligning with corporate strategy and requirements for future proofing. In this capacity, the postholder will be responsible for the design & delivery of all cloud and on-premise infrastructure services for SWL ICB.

The postholder will line manage the Specialist Server and Applications Engineer and the team that manages, maintains, and develops the systems infrastructure through the service delivery life cycle including all Cloud and On-premise operations. Oversight and collaboration with the Deputy Head of Network Services will also be required to develop, design and implement the cyber security measures relevant to their role for SWL ICB.

A critical element of this post will be in ensuring the resilience and upkeep of the various infrastructure environments to include any representation of the team during MI calls and assistance with any RCA processes.
