**School Administrator Required for a Secondary School In Richmond upon Thames**
At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic School Administrator to work full-time at a fantastic secondary school in Richmond.
Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools.
Our Engage Education Services team specialises in the placement of non classroom based staff including Administrators, HR, Finance and Facilities.
This is a full time, temp to perm role, the working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm, during term time only.
**About the role -**
Our School Administrator duties can include:
- Using the school’s internal system to record a high volume of data
- Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks
- Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
- Covering reception duties
**The ideal applicant will have**
- Experience of working in a busy school or college environment.
- A real passion for working within an education environment.
- Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role.
