**BLOCK & FACILITIES MANAGER- Property Management**

**Location:Greenwich, SE10**

**Salary: Circa £60k - £70k**

**Position: Permanent - Full Time**

Our client is a highly successful, valued Estate and **Property Management Company** and they are currently searching for a**Block & Facilities Manager**to be based on site in Greenwich, SE10.

This role would suit an experienced**Block Manager / Facilities Manager** ready to take the next step in their career.

As the **Block & Facilities Manager**, you will be responsible for the sole management of this residential site and have full responsibility for the management and maintenance on the site.

You will be responsible for the management of the hard & soft facility services on a large development site with lifts, cleaning contractors, gardening services and concierge.

**Skills: The skills required for this Block &Facilities Manager role will include**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the Health & Safety legislation
- High level of customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient is use of Microsoft Office.
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Confident at dealing with client, residents, contractors and other visitors
- Ability to use own initiative to solve problems
- Polite and friendly attitude
