The Owners of this fantastic popular restaurant in the heart of the peak district, is seeking a **Sous Chef** who can assist with the creation of dishes. In this role you will be required to cater for the restaurant which offers high quality, modern British all day dining. As Sous Chef you will also be expected to work closely with the HeadChef to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and that all of the CDPs and Commis Chefs are aware of their roles as well as training them to progress their knowledge. You will be able to have input into the menus which are changing regularly.
