This is an exciting Business Development role working with a stable and ambitious local business.

Commission is paid on every order generated and it’s uncapped. Flexible hours can be considered.

Whether you’re new to sales and want to put your communication skills to good use, or you have previous sales experience and fancy a change, this could be a great opportunity.

My client operates within a B2B product based environment and offers a friendly and relaxed working environment. You will be a key part of a successful sales team and will be provided with ongoing support in this role.

As a Business Development Executive, you will work alongside a team of 4 Sales Representatives. You will conduct initial business research, identify decision makers, learn key information and ideally arrange initial on site appointments.

The successful applicant will work on various projects simultaneously. You build up excellent relationships with customers and will positively represent this exciting local business.

**The Job - Business Development Executive**:

- Pro-actively identify new business opportunities through outbound sales calls.
- Contact new business customers to identify key decision makers and gain customer information.
- Follow up on warm business leads.
- Make appointments for Sales Representatives to attend.
- Maintain a detailed CRM.
- Pro-actively manage a sales pipeline, updating internal colleagues.
