**Job Advert: Structural Steel Estimator**

**Salary: £45,000 - £55,000**

**Location: Stoke-on-Trent**

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and architects to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- Prepare estimates for structural steelwork, architectural steelwork, and cladding.
- Monitor and track project progress and ensure that the project is completed within the estimated time and budget.
- Maintain records of estimates and contracts.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in estimating roles.
- Experience with Structural steel preferable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: The salary for this position is between **£45,000 and £55,000** based on experience.

**Working Arrangements**:

- Hybrid working offered with **3 days in office and 2 from home**.

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
