The Avatars and Identity org in Reality Labs is looking for a PM Lead to lead a team of Product Managers who create all the ways in which users create, edit and express themselves with Avatars across our Family of Apps and VR. This role is critical for the core connective tissue, Avatars, that will bring the billions of users on our apps to the Metaverse. Over a billion Avatars have already been created and we're just getting started. This is an ideal role for an extremely entrepreneurial Product Management Leader to build deep connections across a wide network of teams across Meta and Reality Labs to drive innovation and execute product initiatives efficiently.

**Experiences Pillar PM Lead - Avatars and Identity Responsibilities**:

- Lead multiple teams (total of ~60 engineers) through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
- Build a talented, diverse and inclusive team of product managers and hold them to the highest standards of performance
- Establish shared vision across teams by building alignment on strategies and priorities leading to product execution
- Build a culture of integrating usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Encourage definition and analysis metrics that inform the success of products by demonstrating and setting a personal example
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
- Become a trusted site lead in London by creating visibility for and alignment with senior leadership across multiple time zones

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in Product Management (or related role)
- 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams
- 4+ years of management experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership
- Experience presenting to senior executive audiences
- Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a consumer focused product management
- Experience in managing, developing and distributing games, entertainment or media content
- Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces
