**Description**:
We are currently seeking a Head of Knowledge Exchange to shape the future at Bath Spa University. Lead impactful and innovative initiatives across the university in pursuit of our knowledge exchange goals, working with academic and professional services colleagues.

**About the Role**:
As Head of Knowledge Exchange, you will strategically lead existing and new knowledge exchange initiatives, aligning with our knowledge exchange priorities. This role involves overseeing their performance, using metrics from the Knowledge Exchange Framework, and adjusting strategies and resources accordingly.

In particular, you will champion and articulate the strategic vision for knowledge exchange, internally and externally, as well as maintaining rigorous oversight to ensure knowledge exchange activities meet financial and other expectations, including designing the processes needed to monitor this. You will also drive innovation, identifying emerging trends to position the institution as a leader in new knowledge exchange areas.

**About You**:
As an open minded and innovative leader, you will inspire others to be the same. You will be familiar with the types of knowledge exchange measured by the Knowledge Exchange Framework and easily be able to shape multiple new projects across a large organisation and track their performance against targets. You will be credible with businesses, academics and professional services staff and will be able to present complex information in an accessible way to various business, academic and leadership audiences.

**Additional Information**:
**Salary: £54,000 per annum**
