Our Operational Property Management are looking for a Service Delivery Assistant on a 12 month fixed term contract.

A versatile position tasked with overseeing front line delivery of all operational services at our FM sites, while also offering assistance to our crucial operational locations.

**EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW**

As a Service Delivery Assistant, you would need to be able to maintain an accurate asset register to ensure comprehensive knowledge of the estate and enable precise planned preventative maintenance (PPM) scheduling, Co-ordinate any site moves and liaise with relevant teams & departments as required ensuring that all arrangements are organised for the pre and post moves and have the flexibility to travel to the key sites within your region to support and respond to property related issues

The key accountabilities for the role are:

- You will provide a daily leadership of the FM site.
- Working with our contract partners to ensure activity is delivered on time to the correct standard.
- Proactively support operational stake holders on the key sites within the region as well as to be a point of escalation if required and to be able to raise proactive & reactive work in line with Property Operations key principles and liaise with our contractors to ensure its timely delivered.
- Having the ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
- Have the flexibility to travel to the key sites within your region to support and respond to property related issues.
- Ensure places & spaces are maintained and set up ready for use.
- Show a proactive approach to Health and Safety and take the necessary steps to ensure any risks or issues are mitigated
- A full drivers license

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**

You’ll have computer literacy skills, such as Microsoft office.

The right skills and experience are important. But if you have the right character, positivity, and a caring attitude we want to talk to you, too.

In this role we will look for you to have Demonstrable customer service experience and great communication skills. You will also have knowledge of planned preventative maintenance and reactive work and Statutory compliance and regulations.

We would also be looking for someone who has Budgetary awareness,

Experience working on multi occupancy sites and health and safety training.

We will also be looking for someone who can have a Flexible and willing approach to work, ability to work on own initiative, enthusiastic and hardworking and confident towards a challenge.

Have demonstratable experience of working on multiple projects at any one time. We will look for you to have team management experience as well
