**Sales & Marketing Team Leader**

**Your Employment Status**:
Full Time Employed: This position is office based

09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday

**Location**:
The office is near Andover, Hampshire. A commutable distance from Salisbury, Romsey, Andover, Basingstoke, or Winchester.

**Your Salary**:
Circa £45,000 to £48,000 PA

**The Purpose of your position**:
This is a new position within our company and a wonderful opportunity to achieve targets in a role that truly helps people in our society. The Head of Sales & Marketing will report directly to senior management and has a primary purpose of increasing leads and conversions and ultimately growing the business through project managing a small team of established business development, sales, marketing & admin staff.

**Your initial responsibilities**:

- Leading a small team within the company
- Managing Advertising
- Managing Promotions
- Managing Public Relations
- Managing Sales
- Research, development & pricing
- Evaluating spend
- Overseeing & developing marketing campaigns
- Conducting research and analysing data to identify & define audiences
- Devising & presenting ideas & strategies
- Compiling & distributing financial & statistical information
- Writing & proofreading creative copy
- Organising exhibitions
- Using a CRM system
- Monitoring performance of your team & associated Line Manager duties, supported by th ecompany team leader whose remit is HR.

**Your Experience/Skills/Qualifications**:

- Degree/Postgraduate
- 5year+ experience in similar role
- Managerial experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
- Competent in all social media
- Google Ads & social media advertising experience an advantage
- Interpersonal skills & strong attention to detail
- Excellent Telephone manner and clear spoken English
- Creativity and imagination
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Organisational ability
- A pro-active, not a re-active personality
- Clean driving license
- Ability & willingness to travel.
